Close (C) is the final step where based on the client’s choice, the purchase is made. The deal is closed. Or rather, a relationship has started.
These principles are driven by values that are embedded into every member of Team MOC. It all starts with U (understanding).
Once the requirement has been shared, the team then goes to the next step – R (recommend).
The third step, E (experience) then comes in. Based on the factors shared, models, brands, frame sizes are shared for the client to ride and get an experience.
